Refund policy

At Rogue PC Co., your satisfaction matters to us. Each item is custom-made when ordered, and we do our best to ensure every print, stitch, and shipment meets quality standards.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges are offered for the same product in a different size or color if available.

Process

To start a return or exchange, email support@roguepcco.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item to the appropriate facility.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds and Giveaway Entries

Every $1 spent on eligible purchases earns 1 entry toward current Rogue PC Co. giveaways.
If an item is returned and refunded, the entries tied to that purchase will be voided and removed from the active giveaway.
If a refund is requested after a winner is announced, and the returned order contributed to the winning entries, Rogue PC Co. reserves the right to disqualify the affected entries and select an alternate winner in accordance with sweepstakes rules.

Giveaway entries are considered conditional until the return period has closed and the purchase is final.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on items marked Final Sale.
Digital downloads or gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
